You’re a homeschool mom looking for ideas and a place to be encouraged as you help your children love Jesus and grow in Him. Welcome. You belong here!
As we begin to create the First Place Planner together, it is a joy to share First Place Planner Prayer Pages with you!
As you choose to put the spiritual nurturing of your children in first place over academics in your homeschooling endeavors this year, a planner can help you to intentionally plan and focus on your priority of Bible Time!
As you prepare for Bible time with your children, remember that it starts with you and your love for God and His Word. You cannot share your love for God and His Word with your children if you do not love God and His Word.
So many wonderful hymns are full of truth from the Scriptures! As you enjoy singing hymns with your children, your children will begin to lay up these truths in their hearts.
Dear Homeschool Mom,
Thank-you for choosing to homeschool your children! As you continue to homeschool your children this year, have you thought about the fact that homeschooling offers you a wonderful door of opportunity?
The blessed mother, the happy mother, is the mother who does not walk in the way of the wicked or listen to their counsel. Instead, this mother delights in and desires God’s Word. She thinks carefully on God’s Word during the day and during the night.
Bible Time is an intentional time of day. It is deliberate and consistent. It is planned for and it does take time. It comes first. Other things will have to wait. Some things may need to go.
Let’s praise the Lord in prayer together! God tells us to praise Him and what better way to do this than to praise Him using the truths found in God’s Word!
On this blog post I welcome you to join me in prayer for each other as mothers! God invites us to call to Him in prayer, and what better way to do this than to pray using the truths found in His Word?
“And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Savior.”
As you celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ…
We celebrated my mother’s 91st birthday this month! She loves the Lord and is a wonderful blessing in my life, in the lives of our family and in the lives of others.
